We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales09@autopvision.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Local Returns
We offer local return services for customers in the USA, the European Union (Italy), East Asia, and Australia. If you choose to return your item locally, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees to the local return warehouse.
Warranty Information
All electronic products come with a one-year warranty. If your product experiences a fault within this period, we will provide free repairs. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any replacement parts. Alternatively, customers can purchase affordable replacement parts from us for self-repairs.
Exchanges
To ensure you get what you want, the quickest way is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be refunded automatically via your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
